- Government visa fees are non-refundable by UAE authorities, even in cases of application denial.

- Application Not Processed: If you cancel your application before we’ve begun processing it, you may be eligible for a refund of our service fees. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
- Extenuating Circumstances: We consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., documented serious illness) preventing you from traveling.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Application Submitted: Once we’ve submitted your application to the UAE immigration authorities, our service fees are non-refundable.
- Visa Approved: We cannot offer refunds after your UAE visa has been approved.
- Incorrect/Incomplete Information: We are not liable for application rejections caused by errors in the information you provide. Please check all details carefully before submission.
- Additional Services: Third-party services like RT-PCR, Insurance, etc. are prepaid and non-refundable.

- We process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
Visa Rejection Liability
In the unlikely event of a visa rejection due to an error on our part, our liability is limited to the cost of a replacement visa or a full refund of our service fees. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
